Location: Tanjong Pagar, walkable from MRT
Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours
Duration: Immediate - 6 months
Salary: $10.50/ hr
Job Scope:
- Manage incoming hardcopy and softcopy mails
- Ensure that documents received are accounted for
- Organize documents and prepare manifest for vendor's transcribing (including checking grants processing system)
- Liaise with external parties
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties
Job Requirements:
- Min. A level/ Nitec/ Diploma in any field
- No experience as training will be provided
