- Lead the initiative in comprehensively understanding our users through research and testing.
- Develop detailed personas, journey maps, and scenarios.
- Conceptualize wireframes, storyboards, and user flows.
- Design clean, intuitive interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with our product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of your designs.
- Present your concepts and finalized designs to the team and stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of design best practices and emerging trends in web and mobile app design.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Demonstrate at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on mobile and web platforms.
- Showcase a strong portfolio highlighting your design skills and innovative thinking.
- Proficient in tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and InVision.
- Have experience in user research and usability testing.
- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey your ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is considered advantageous.
