Job Responsibilities
- Handling sales administration support including preparing quotes to customers in timely manner
- Manage sales orders entries, issuing, invoicing to customers and processing shipments
- Execute local delivery/shipping documents to Store department for picking and packing of goods
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Job Requirement
- Educational qualifications in GCE O level or Diploma
- Minimum 1 - 2 years relevant working experience in similar capacity
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients
- Able to start work immediately or short notice period
- Indoor sales job
- 5 day work week (Mondays to Fridays)
- Company transport provided.
- Working location in Pioneer.
