Salary: Basic $2,500 - $3,300 + incentive + bonus
Time: Monday - Friday (11.30am to 7.30pm), Saturday (11.30am to 7pm)
Location: Jurong East
Responsibilities:
- Full office administration function.
- Basic bookkeeping and accounts, debtors, creditors invoicing etc.
- Manage petty cash flow.
- Attend customer enquiries promptly.
- Arrange and follow up appointments with customers.
- Filing of paperwork & data entry.
- Follow up on after sales service.
- Updating payment received into the system.
- Manage workflow and system for the company.
- Establish systems and processes to manage administration.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level with 4 passes including English language.
- No work experience required, as training will be provided.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Preferably entry level specialized in customer service or equivalent.
- Candidates must be willing to work on Saturdays.
