Key Responsibilities
- Create an overall strategy for the 10x1000 learning system. Design and develop the curriculum.
- Work with global experts, vendors and partners to design, develop and launch new programs and content. Manage internal and external resources including agencies and outsource support.
- Take the lead on launching and implementing 10x1000 programs, continuous learning and content-related events.
- Drive community content creation and management.
- Lead and manage key relationships for 10x1000 content including the Curriculum Steering Committee, lecturers, alumni, and more.
- Establish benchmarks, KPIs and mechanisms for community listening and monitoring; ensure team’s responsiveness to community needs. Monitor progress and iterate/optimize to deliver learning value to fintech and digital economy professionals.
- Stay up-to-date on new trends in fintech/digital economy and best practices in online training/learning and professional development; implement in the 10x1000 community.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- 10+ years of experience in digital content strategy and online learning & development.
- Deep knowledge of fintech and digital economy industry and trends.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Adept at relationship management and with a good customer service touch.
- Understand user experience design best practices.
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver.
