Responsibilities
- Examining project specifications and drafting sales quotations.
- Offering pre-sales and technical assistance to clients.
- Collaborating with internal departments to adhere to delivery schedules.
- Completing ad-hoc tasks when necessary.
- Engaging in sourcing and negotiating with mills/suppliers
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the sales department
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in any engineering field.
- Experience with valves products in the oil and gas/marine and offshore industries.
- Essential qualities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong project management abilities with a customer service focus.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency, meticulousness, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Exposure to project management practices
