Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Process hospital tender orders.
- Handle incoming phone calls and manage customer feedback.
- Process and invoice consignment orders.
- Create blanket order(s)/ reserve order(s)
- Administrative duties related to order processing including filing of documents.
Requirements: -
- Degree/Diploma with relevant min 2 years of experience in order processing.
- Customer-orientated and can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team player with positive service mindset and meticulous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
