Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for sales of Aviation Lubricants and Chemicals.
- Oversee business development initiatives across the Asia Pacific Region.
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin objectives.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging sales opportunities.
- Ensure exemplary customer service to cultivate enduring client relationships.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and deliver impactful presentations.
- Manage pricing analysis and optimize stock inventories.
- Provide leadership and training to the sales team to meet annual targets.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and certifications.
- Occasional international travel required for business engagements.
- Fulfill additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated success with 2-3 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in the Aviation sector.
- Proficient in delivering compelling sales presentations and negotiations.
- Outstanding proficiency in both English and Mandarin (for effective communication with Chinese counterparts).
- Possession of a Class 3 driving license with access to own vehicle.
