Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary Range: Up to $4,500

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Grow Key Accounts: Identify and cultivate key accounts to contribute to company growth objectives in Singapore.
- Provide Technical Sales Support: Offer technical sales support and consultation to clients for the sale of electrical products, enabling the development of business opportunities and client penetration.
- Sales Process Management: Execute all aspects of selling to maintain and develop new or existing customers, including take-offs, project quotations, closing orders, preparation of submittals, and resolution of customer problems.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed budgeted sales and gross margin targets with assigned accounts.
- Understand Customer Requirements: Focus on identifying specific technical requirements of customers while simultaneously collecting commercial and competitive information associated with each account.
- Build Long-Term Relationships: Cultivate effective long-term relationships at all levels of the customer organization.
- Product Knowledge: Attain expert knowledge of products, the electrical goods market, and competition.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Education: Possess a formal qualification in Electrical Engineering (Diploma/Certification).
- Experience: Demonstrated experience of at least 1 to 2 years in successful sales roles targeting industrial customers.
- Technical and Commercial Acumen: Possess a technical and commercial background, coupled with comprehensive knowledge of electrical products.
- Skills: Exhibit exceptional skills in consultative selling, interpersonal communication, and negotiation. Demonstrated resourcefulness and a results-oriented approach.
