Job Description
- Conduct research, data mining and analyse fundraising trends to communicate effectively with new and current donors.
- Conceptualise and implement creative fund-raising campaigns/events/proposals.
- Update donors through reports and collaterals (e.g. evidence of impact, articles, mailers).
- Connect and build relationship with internal and external stakeholders to promote the giving spirit.
- Work closely with Volunteer Management & Corporate Communication functions to engage stakeholders.
- Handle donation administration and reception service through mentorship of department’s administrative personnel.
- Undertake any other duties as directed by the said reporting officer.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication or related field
- Minimum 3 years of fundraising/business development experience
- Independent, organised, creative, meticulous with good problem-solving skills. Team player with excellent oral, written, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills and able to work under pressure.
- Energetic, self-motivated to work with people from diverse groups. Knowledge of dialects and translation is a plus.
- IT savvy, proficient in MS Office, CRM and social media
