- Point of contact for all operational matters
- Primary approver for all operational issues and application
- Ensure that all operational staffs adhere and comply to company expectations and deliverables
- Conduct interviews for new potential FM candidates
- Ensure that site FM supervisors deliver as per what has been instructed accordingly
- Look into site deployment based on necessities and requirements
- Manage commercial deliverables positively and in line with operational expectations
- Attend monthly meetings with clients and staffs
- Look into the training aspect of staffs in order to deliver the accorded expectations
- Ensure that all sites deployment are adequate and provide back end support as and when is required
- Assist the management on the commercial progress through identifying relevant ad-hoc potentials
- Approved all leave applications except administration staffs
- Managed all site supervisors performance and deliverables
- Conduct performance appraisal for all technical staffs
- Oversee the mobilization of support team as and when requested by specific sites
- Lead a team of engineers, executives and administrative staff for the management of contractors on the up keeping of the client’s properties
- Liaise with client representatives and end users on the maintenance of properties
- Dispense advise on all matters pertaining to the properties whenever necessary
- Managed all site staffs and ensure deliverables are met
- Ensure that all preventive maintenance are delivered in accordance to schedules
- Managed and plan all shift arrangements / deployment and cover duties as and when is required
- Conduct regular discussions with client on any improvement plans
- Identify potential ad-hoc through due diligence observations
- Provide monthly report to client
- Lead a team of facility engineers in ensuring all the equipment/services in the facility are maintained in accordance to standard industry practice
- Works with the outsourced service vendors to ensure full compliance to the contract scope and expectations
- Ensure delivery of Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the Data Centre
