Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with upper management to develop strategic programs and align projects with business goals.
- Define project scope, objectives, budget, schedule, and technical requirements based on strategic plans.
- Track project progress, update management on status, budgets, issues, and risks promptly.
- Manage project costs against budget and expenses to achieve revenue goals.
- Partner with customers, address assumptions, resolve conflicts, and manage complex issues.
- Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor performance of internal and external service providers.
- Handle escalations with vendors and customers professionally.
- Analyze scalability, interoperability, and portability.
- Create comprehensive project documentation including training guides, QA guidelines, and reports.
- Manage large, diverse project teams.
- Present project performance updates to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in relevant disciplines or equivalent
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate or equivalent is desirable
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in manufacturing industry
- Strong experience in overseeing projects from scratch
- Strong business acumen to handle all levels of stakeholders
