- You will represent Sin Kang TCM as a front-line support staff. You will provide patient-centric service and be responsible for the smooth of registration of patients, including assisting with appointment bookings, customer service, scheduling, medicine dispensing, basic housekeeping, supply stock-count and management
- 负责门诊前台接待工作,客户预约,就诊接待,客户投诉初步受理等工作
- 诊所营业前准备和营业结束的收尾工作,准确完成各类加工件的收发和追踪
- 顾客初诊信息录入,顾客回访、负责门诊采购事宜,办公用品/药库的管理
- 维护门诊日常办公环境整洁
Requirements:
- Good customer service and people skills required
- Proficiency both in Chinese and English is a must, who is able to handle Mandarin-speaking clients, colleagues and documents (We are TCM clinic)
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably non-Executive specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent
Minimum qualification level
- Candidate must possess at least "O" Level
Working Hours:
- 5/ 5.5 days per week (including 1 weekend)
- 10:00am – 9:00pm
- 2 breaks of 45 minutes in between
