They have been entrusted with large-scale projects and have built many of Singapore’s landmarks from scratch. With a team of skilled builders, they are now looking for their next site engineer to bring their projects to a higher notch.
Work location: Bedok
Responsibilities:
- Execution of plans at construction site
- Execute project plan and ensure works completed as per schedule and in accordance to contract specification and design drawing
- Ensure construction site fulfils authority's code of practice and comply with in-house safety rules & regulation.
- Liaise with parties involved in the project including authorities, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule
- Monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement, and coordination with all parties to ensure work completed within target time and budget
- Update construction drawings
- Feedback to Project Manager on any issue encounter on-site and proposed feasible solution.
- Review of civil & structural working drawings and shop drawings
- Organize regular meetings with sub-contractor’s technical teams to resolve technical problems in pre-construction and construction phase.
- Preparation of RFI for site inspection for construction, MPI test, welding works and post concrete works and also involving in site inspections with RTO.
- Tracking and optimizing manpower for each works.
Requirements:
- Min. Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Dry/Welding) or any related field
- Possess experience in AutoCAD software
- Min. 4-5 years of experience as a Site Manager
