Job Summary:
- Basic up to $2,500 - $3,500
- Working Day: 5 days per week including weekend
- Working Timing: 9 hours per shift
- Location: Tuas (Near Tuas Checkpoint)
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Sous-Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare and cook meals following recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure the quality and safety of cooked meals.
- Supervise a team of Catering Assistants.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sous-Chef.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a chef in F&B or line cooking.
- Proficient in cooking South Asian, Western, and Local cuisines.
- Possession of WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certification, if available.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
