Skillsets (Must have)
- Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of M365 services/capabilities.
- Administration experience in an enterprise IT environment, having performed operational and break/fix activity.
- Administration experience with email/instant messaging systems such as Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online, Skype for Business Server.
- Proficient in C#.Net, JavaScript/jQuery, HTML5, CSS, React.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting
Skillsets (Good to have)
- Experience with Cisco Email Security Appliance.
Responsibilities :
- Support Windows Server OS upgrade activity for servers hosting NetLynx SMS Gateway/GFI Fax Gateway/Exchange/Skype for Business 2015.
- Implement, maintain, and support of Exchange 2016 hybrid environment and Microsoft 365 business solutions, to include but not limited to SharePoint, Teams, and any related technologies the organization may employ.
- Work with stakeholders to optimize usage and adoption of Microsoft O365 solutions.
- Design and implement technical solutions based on end-user and documented requirements.
