Position Overview:
As the Project Manager for Odoo ERP Implementation, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of the Odoo ERP system within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of the project on time, within budget, and according to predefined quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of ERP systems, project management methodologies, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the Odoo ERP implementation project.
· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
· Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
· Coordinate resources and activities across various departments and external vendors.
· Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
· Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders.
· Conduct regular meetings and provide guidance and support to project team members.
· Manage change requests and scope creep effectively.
· Ensure proper documentation of project activities, processes, and outcomes.
· Facilitate user training and adoption activities to ensure smooth transition to the new ERP system.
· Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
· Proven experience (3 years) managing ERP implementation projects, preferably Odoo ERP.
· Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
· Proficiency in project management tools and software.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
