Job Description:
· To manage the Warehouse & Distribution functions by ensuring that all transaction of Incoming and Outgoing are according to Customer needs and requirements. To receive & store the finished products into warehouse(s) and dispatched both efficiently and cost effectively
· Ensuring all the related procedures relating to Warehouse & Distribution is maintained to ensure quality services provided
· Ensure that products, packaging and delivery satisfy customers requirement
· Ensure that all necessary safe operating procedures and instructions relating to all aspects of work within the department are prepared documented and periodically reviewed
· Co-ordination work in between Sales team and Customer Service team and Planner Team to be in timely manner and prompt, in order to ensure efficiency of distribution process
· Handling customers complain and respond promptly, improvement and prevention from reoccurrence both internally and externally
· Maintain high Safety standards, policies and procedures at all times in the warehouse
· To maintain excellent housekeeping in the warehouse at a high standard
· Ensure that only certified persons use forklifts cranes etc. requiring a certificate of competency
· Control movements of finished goods are updated in SAP in a timely manner
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/ Supply Chain or equivalent
· Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
· Strong verbal and written communication skill
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Sound knowledge in SAP, WMS and Sales Order Processing environment
