Project Admin (Tender), 1 year contract, up to $3,800
Working Schedule: Mon to Thur (8.30am to 6pm) Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Location: Bedok
Job Description
- Preparation of the tender specifications
- Liaise with the stakeholders to address queries from the potential tenderers
- Organise tender clarification meetings with Tender Evaluation Committee to assess the returns from the tender call
- Organise and facilitate the technical site visits organised for the tenderers during the tender period, and post-award acceptance assessment reviews
- Assist in management reporting
- Lead for administrative and logistical support, including for events
- Support updating of dashboard
- Track global AV activities
Requirement
- Tertiary Qualifications in any fields
- 1-3 years of working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Team player and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible and meticulous
- Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a passion for emerging technologies, and mandarin language proficiency
- Experience in project management and government tender will be preferred
