Accounts Executive - AR
Responsibilities
- Verify and confirm Sales Orders in Booking System
- Generate Sales invoices, credit notes in SAP system
- Maintain Accounts Receivable sub-module in SAP system (i.e. post receipts, send invoices and monthly statement of accounts to customers, follow up on outstanding debts)
- Update revenue file maintained in Excel.
- Prepare monthly schedules for month end closing purposes
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in accounting
- Overall at least 3 years relevant working experience in Finance
- A Team player, with positive working attitude, high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- IT Savvy, proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
