Our client is one of the retail company in Singapore. They are currently looking for an Operation Assistant Manager/Manager to join them!
Job Details:
Salary: $4000 - $6000 (depends on experiences)
Location: Ubi (East Area)
Working hours: Mon to Fri - 10am -7pm
Job Responsibilities:
Handle and supervising the business operation
Responsible in recruiting, training and coaching employees
Handle conflicts or complains from customers and employees
Supervising the store activities
Analyzing information and processes in order to achieve business and profit objectives
Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties.
Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Degree in business, management or other related field
Having at least of 3 years relevant experiences
