Main Responsibilities
- Escort the elderly from their home to the hospital or polyclinic to attend to medical needs.
- Accompany the elderly on the vehicle.
- Assist the elderly throughout their hospital visit and ensure their safety.
- Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Inform the coordinator of any abnormality of the client.
- Assist in Meals-On-Wheels delivery as required.
- Assist in other ad-hoc activities.
Working Conditions
- 5-day work week: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
