Leading luxury goods retailer, due to expansion plans, invites applicants for the position of Human Resources Executive!
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, including screening of resumes, interview arrangement, selection and placement
- Responsible for the preparation of letters, including but not limited to letters of appointment, confirmation, promotion, etc.
- Process monthly payroll and oversee salary-related matters
- Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports to Finance
- Upkeep and maintain all employee records in the HRMS
- Process employee benefits, and medical and insurance claims
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support including but not limited to work pass applications, filing of Government-paid leaves and completion of periodical surveys from Government agencies
- Other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any business-related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous, organized and detail oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of payroll processes, local employment legislations, provisions and income tax legislations
