What you'll be doing:
- Liaise with existing clients, maintain good relationship, proactively following through with their needs and actively enquiring if they will engage in other products & services
- Actively source and call new clients to offer products and services
- Support the sales team with preparation of quotation and rates requests
- Timely and accurate update of shipment milestones into system
- Work closely with functional and operational groups to deliver value to the clients
- Take ownership of complaints and queries of the clients and proactively following through to resolution
We expect:
- Interest in logistics and supply chain industry
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of INCO-Terms, Customs and Carrier procedures
- Proficient in MS Office (excel & powerpoint)
