The Responsibilities:
This role is based in Singapore and is an executive individual contributor role, reporting to the VP & Singapore Country Manager. You will also report to the International Presales Director on all matters related to presales.
The Presales Director is responsible for managing and leading all potential business opportunities assigned by Sales team through the complete sales cycle by providing exceptional sales and technical consultation services with genuine passion for technical sales and consultation in software development services.
Your general responsibilities will include but not limited to presales and architecture responsibilities:
- Manage full sales cycle from lead to close for owned opportunities
- Manage the quality of overall deliverables throughout end-to-end sales process
- Work closely with Architects in order to design solutions to customer needs - identifying any requirements for adaptations
- Facilitate workshops that assist in shaping solutions during the sales cycle
- Build strong value propositions for Company that highlight our key strengths
- Delivery with the delivery organisation to deliver commercial models for proposals
- Work with the Business Analysts, Developers and Stakeholders and act as a conduit to identifying the best-in-class solutions and ensure the successful delivery of those solutions
- Lead requirements capture & solution shaping, including prototyping and proof of concept development as required
- Define & deliver new solutions that enhance the Company Solutions portfolios
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies
- Strong experience in designing modern cloud-based applications
The Requirements:
This role will stretch your ability in multitasking and coordinating efforts across cross functional teams & stakeholders; internally and externally. Those who has the experience and ability to navigate through complex & matrix organization structures will be highly desirable as the nature of work will be of pressure and with ambiguity.
- A Bachelor's Degree holder preferably in Computer Science or any Technology related course
- At least 10 years of progressive and hands-on applications development background including a good understanding of Enterprise Systems, Digital Technology including Cloud, Mobility, Big Data Analytics, Blockchain and IoT
- Possession of technical certification such as on AWS, Azure or GCP public cloud will be advantageous,
- Have at least 5 years of pre-sales experience
- Keen learner with the ability to quickly understand the architecture of new and emerging technologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate complex technical information to a variety of audiences
- Proficient in English, as this individual will interact with English-speaking stakeholders and effectively engage with customers across all levels of their organization
- Have proactive and can-do attitude
