Love Hair is a boutique hair salon located in Central Hong Kong that specializes in healthier, more natural products. With creativity and innovation in the industry leading their efforts, Love Hair strives to ensure the health and happiness of each client’s hair needs. The salon is an environmentally conscious business, looking to minimize their carbon footprint in any way possible. Love Hair will be recycling, utilizing locally filtered water and serving clients with safer, more natural products. With eco flooring, reclaimed wood shelving and screens, stepping into the salon takes you to a peaceful, relaxing environment.


We are currently seeking a full time Persoal Assistant to join our dynamic team: Must be eligible to work in Singapore.


Two years previous experience in a receptionist/front of house/administration role.


Salon reception experience desired but not necessary


Must possess excellent customer service skills. Fluency in English speaking and writing necessary.


The role involves a variety of duties:
• Handling calls and managing the waitlist in an efficient manner and responsible for the entire booking system for the salon. Also handling payments during check outs and cashing up at the end of the day
• Respond to a very busy email and WhatsApp inquiries related to bookings as well as administrative items
• Responsible for stock-taking for all the various brands we stock and re-ordering every week consistently as well as organising their invoices.
*Managing the monthly income and expenditure folder. Saving daily reports and emailing to the accountant on a monthly basis. Updating the love hair membership database weekly.
• Managing and paying invoices.
• Managing in house spreedsheets. • Managing confidential documents
• Helping the owner with various tasks of running the business on a daily basis
• Managing the reception in a professional manner so that all clients feel welcomed and well- looked after during their visits and Offering refreshments


This is a hybrid role which would include 3 days in salon and 2 days flexible working from home.
