Job Purpose:
Assist the HR Department to carry out the day-to-day HR functions in the Branch including recruitment & staffing, benefits and training administration, HR compliance, performance management, employee relations and other HR daily operations and administrative duties.
Job Responsibilties:
- Assist to provide support over the employee life cycle, from hiring, perform due diligence checks and pre-employments for all new hires, job posting and coordinate interviews.
- Assist to prepare new documentation work and new reporting reports in relation to the new regulatory requirements.
- Provide full HR administrative support the full on-boarding of new hires, maintenance of employee personal files and process off boarding for leavers.
- Prepare and submit reports to Head Office and the Regulators promptly.
- Assist to source for relevant training programmes for the those who need to complete the required number of CPD hours and training hours.
- Register employee insurances with insurance vendor and attending to employee inquiries.
- Coordinate with Head Office to assist the Branch in creating the staff lD for new joiners as well as inputting the training hours incurred by the SG Branch staff on a monthly basis.
- Handle any other ad-hoc tasks and projects as requested by the immediate supervisor.
- Support frontline and adhere to anti-money laundering / counter terrorist financing requirement and sanction risks controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in all aspects of the HR function.
- Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Words.
- Possess high market awareness of the latest development of employment practices in the local banking industry.
- Highly organised individual who can multi-task and deliver within tight timelines.
