Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Dairy Science or related discipline
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.
- Good leadership and problem-solving skill. Good communication and report writing skill.
- Project management skills or experience in project management is essential.
- Team player with imitative, drive, good communication skills and a strong command of written English.
- Proven problem-solving capability, customer focus and commitment to continuous. Knowledge of HACCP and ISO systems would be preferred.
- Working exposure and understanding of manufacturing process.
- Knowledge in food engineering, thermal heat processing and fluid flow characterization, as well as experience in a dairy/ nutritional industry, would be advantageous.
