Job Description:
- Contracts procurement (pre-tender, tender evaluation & post-tender)
- Preparation of the monthly progress claims for all ongoing project works
- Preparation of the Final Account and all other necessary documentation on all completed projects
- Co-ordination and preparation of necessary documentation related to project works (eg. Notice to Tenant; Deed of Warranty, various certificates)
- Monitoring of Term Contracts’ expiry
- Tracking and ensuring Contractors submit all the necessary documentation, Accreditation, Insurance Policies, etc. in compliance with the existing Contract
- Additional work assigned by the reporting Manager and company
Requirement:
- With a recognized Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building or Project or approved equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- With at least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement preferably for public projects and familiar with PSSCOC
- Well-versed in MS Office
