Duties and Responsibilities
To provide operational in Warehouse- Logistics.
- Scanning of In-coming shipments.
- Sorting of parcels to individual postal codes.
- Ensuring drivers take out all old loads.
- Scanning of OFD (out for delivery parcels) for the drivers.
- Assist on our 14ft on morning loading.
- Assist on Self-Collection & Releasing for consignee.
- Packing of parcels for damaged/ Collection.
- Relabel on change of address deliveries.
- Assist on Customer Service enquiries on day to day for parcels.
- In-house scanning to ensure no missing parcels and easier way to locate a parcel.
- Cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Receiving and Releasing Cargos to respective agents.
