Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized customer service and conduct sales consultations to meet customer needs
- Efficiently follow up on sales leads and inquiries
- Ensure cleanliness and proper display in the work area
- Facilitate the collection of deposits and payments from customers
- Prepare customized quotations based on customer requirements
- Manage sales projects from initiation to completion
- Provide prompt and effective after-sales service
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently with self-discipline
- Able to work on weekends (No work on PH)
- Courteous, with a strong focus on sales and customer service
- Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality
- Flexibility to work from home on prearranged weekdays
- Goal-oriented and driven to achieve results
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Proficient in English communication
- Previous experience in soft furnishing (curtains and blinds) is an added advantage
