Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspection and evaluates their condition and recommend proper execution during work activities.
- Prepare project schedule and presentation of project.
- Lead the kick of meeting.
- Resposible of project management and quality control.
- Prepare & review Civil and Structural drawing.
- Prepare Quantity Take-off of Civil and Structural Materials for BOQ.
- Prepare bid documents for Civil and Structural Project.
- Witness Dimensional Checking during erection & construction.
- Control and check all fabrication activities.
- Maintain welder performances and welders repair.
- Conduct final walk through inspection and monitor rectification of final punch list item. Safety aspects on construction is defined in safety assurance, procedure and thoroughly implemented.
Requirements:
- Construction management or technical engineering degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical, Structural,plumbing disciplines, codes, and regulations
- Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies
- In-depth understanding of technical documentation
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Team spirit
- Good analytical skills
