This is a contract role.
Job Objectives
- Represent the global Satair Marketing and Communication (MarCom) team in the ASPAC region, based in Singapore.
- Enhance support to sales and business activities in the ASPAC region.
- Reinforce Satair's brand visibility in the ASPAC region.
Job Responsibilities
- Event Organization: Coordinate and execute Satair's participation in events across the Asia Pacific and China regions.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the face of Satair MarCom in Singapore, by proactively connecting with the key business stakeholders at Satair and at Airbus.
- Online Presence: repurpose existing content or create new content to increase the brand visibility.
- Sales Support: Provide marketing and communication support to the sales team by helping them draft customer messaging, and by securing that the marketing and communication materials are up to date.
- Stock Management and Business Cards: Secure that promotional items are properly stocked and distributed.
- Based on preference and skillset, take on tasks related to external communication, customer communication, and support marketing activities.
- Recommend continuous improvements to enhance local support to the business, ultimately increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing and communications role, with substantial experience in event organization.
- Comfortable with Google Slides.
- Experience in any platform like social media, Adobe, Hubspot, or Meltwater would be a plus.
