Job Description:
- Measure the quality performances of the organization, ie. Customers’ complaints, Returned materials Authorization (RMA), etc. Against set targets.
- Interface with customers on products’ quality requirements and ensure that quality requirements are followed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support qualification of new suppliers and maintain the performance of existing suppliers.
- Establish inspection criteria and set quality standards for both raw materials and finished goods and follow thorough to disposition.
- Ensure timely response in 8D/CAR to customers’ complaints, work with cross-functional groups to close 8D/CAR with effective corrective/preventive actions.
- Collect and analyze quality data using statistical control tools.
- Work closely with Production and other supporting departments to ensure the production of quality products.
- Perform any other duties assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any Engineering discipline (Preferable in Quality Engineering)
- At least 2-3 years experience in similar capacity
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Knowledge in SPC, GR&R, FMEA, RCA
- Good communication, report writing and presentation skills
- Good analytical skill with ability to work effectively
- Certified internal/lead auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & TS 16949
