Position : Executive (Yellow Ribbon Community Projects [YRCP]) RRD / CPFP x1
Contract period : Immediate (1 year)
Criteria :
• Degree in Social Work – salary range from $3,800 - $4,700 per month depending on relevant working experience.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
Job Scope:
• Assist with coordination work, tracking and analysis of progress and outcomes.
• Oversee research and data collection.
• Oversee development of shared measurement indicators
• Interface with other partners (e.g. SSOs, FSCs and Grassroot Divisions) on development of shared measurements and data collection.
• Engaging and maintaining relationships with community partners, coordinating activities, and aligning strategies with collective partners.
• Ensuring strategic coherence by addressing implementation challenges and supporting YRCP programme team and partner organizations in aligning their work to the Common Agenda.
• Facilitating communication between initiative partners, planning and managing stakeholder engagements, and creating summary reports of progress.
• Coordinating measurement indicator refinement, ensuring partners are aware of targets, and overseeing data collection, analysis, and reporting.
