Job Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse storage to ensure sufficient capacity for daily inbound or outbound Finished Goods (FG)
- Preparation of stock transfer to production according to demand from project requirements
- Packing of FG according to upcoming shipment
- Execute daily inventory analysis; identify and resolve discrepancies and problems
- Micro manage to record daily inbound/outbound transaction via Excel / ERP system
- Adopt well housekeeping and overall safety practice
- Perform daily/weekly or monthly internal stock take to maintain inventory accuracy
- Maintain shipping documentation, manifests, and receipts; enter relevant data in reports for audit purpose
- Maintain warehouse and machinery in good condition, monitoring equipment and Material handling equipment (MHE) through monthly servicing
- Implement logistics and warehouse processes to ensure smooth operations
- Ad-hoc duty assigned as needed
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level/Nitec or relevant qualification with minimum 1-2 years working experience in warehousing or environment
- Possess forklift license is an advantage
