Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects in the ASEAN regions
- Explore new business with existing or new customers in ASEAN regions
- Generate new business pipeline within prospect and customer accounts
- Represent Weaver platform at trade shows, conferences, and other events
- Have a technical understanding of and the ability to articulate company solutions and value propositions
- Provide custom technical solutions that meet the customer’s needs and expectations
- Support customer tendering and proposal preparation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Software/Systems), Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in selling software solutions, preferably with a background in either BPM, ERP, etc
- Consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach with a track record of developing new business in the ASEAN regions
- Ability to create and implement strategic territory and account plans
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions to customers and collaborate with internal teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Ability to understand and match customer needs with the Company solutions
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed
