Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects in the ASEAN regions
2. Explore new business with existing or new customers in ASEAN regions
3. Generate new business pipeline within prospect and customer accounts
4. Represent Weaver platform at trade shows, conferences, and other events
5. Have a technical understanding of and the ability to articulate company solutions and value propositions
6. Provide custom technical solutions that meet the customer’s needs and expectations
7. Support customer tendering and proposal preparation

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Software/Systems), Computer Science, or a related field
2. Experience in selling software solutions, preferably with a background in either BPM, ERP, etc
3. Consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach with a track record of developing new business in the ASEAN regions
4. Ability to create and implement strategic territory and account plans
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions to customers and collaborate with internal teams
6. Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
7. Ability to understand and match customer needs with the Company solutions
8. Ability to work independently and travel as needed
