Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will participate in implementing the Digital Collaboration Platform and rollout projects. You will prepare functional designs and system configurations based on user requirements analysis, perform relevant testing, and deploy the designed business solution.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Implement Enterprise Digital Collaboration platform using industry delivery standards based on user requirements analysis.
2. Lead business requirements gathering sessions and design workshops with customers. Drive design workshops by utilising consulting techniques and seek to understand the customer’s business requirements.
3. Ensure the system configuration and deliverables are accurate, complete, and signed off on by the client.
4. Configure and test the production environments according to the agreed-upon solution design, including data uploads and critical user training.
5. Participate in user acceptance, unit, and system integration testing at the client’s site when required.
6. Identify gaps in the quality or quantity of customer data and ensure that the data fits the required formats, including complete test uploads, review error logs, and resolve accordingly.
7. Input into test to production cutover activity planning or system migration planning.
8. Actively contribute to product knowledge through self-study, meeting attendance, and project participation.
9. Take accountability and responsibility for deliverables and milestones within the project and provide proactive updates to the project manager.
10. Build professional relationships with clients, management, and team members to ensure proposed solutions are delivered. support for the development of business possibilities and personal growth.
11. Contribute to the high productivity and motivation of the working team through communication and cooperation while achieving project objectives and outputs.

Qualifications

As a Business Analyst, we require candidates who possess the following skills and qualifications:

1. 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
2. Get weaver OA knowledge is an advance
3. SQL and JavaScript-relevant experiences are preferred.
4. Meticulous, well organised, with the ability to analyse and solve problems.
5. Highly organised and able to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced culture.
6. Fluent English language skills are required to communicate with our global teams and clients (Chinese language skills would be advantageous).
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. High-quality professional standards in documentation, presentations, project approach and working methods.
9. Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with all business stakeholders.
