Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring project goals are achieved through effective collaboration and communication.
- Develop and review architectural and engineering plans, ensuring they are innovative, practical, and compliant with all regulations.
- Coordinate all architectural works, maintaining meticulous documentation and submissions.
- Ensure all designs meet governmental health, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide clear guidance to subcontractors, such as builders, plumbers, and electricians, assisting them in interpreting design specifications.
- Liaise with clients regularly to address concerns, adapt to feedback, and ensure project requirements are fully understood and met.
- Manage project timelines diligently, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Produce detailed reports and analyses as required to track project progress and outcomes.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify and validate that onsite work aligns with plans and designs, ensuring high-quality construction execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the civil construction industry
- Good analytical skills and able to work independently.
- Excellent project management, coordination, and communication skills.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
