To provide daily administrative support, maintain purchasing and receiving of materials in SAP system, PR, PO, quotations process. To manage supplier management, purchasing schedule/delivery etc. To maintain records, orders, inventory management, vendor validations and onboarding process and reception/frontdesk duties.
Requirements:
- Diploma/GCE 'O' level or its equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing or semi-con industry preferred
- Proficient in SAP system & MS Excel (Vlookup)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
