Who We Are?
Founded in 2014 by four French friends who are passionate about terroir and epicurean delights, LPB Market has been a leader in retailing artisanal cheeses, cold cuts, wines, and gourmet grocery items for the past decade. Operating from our two thriving shops in Serangoon Garden and Clarke Quay, along with an online platform, we have garnered an excellent reputation for product quality and customer service. Additionally, we supply to 30 restaurants and hotels and are the largest cheese supplier for the Formula 1 Grand Prix.
Job Summary
As the LPB Singapore Shop and Business Development Manager, you will lead a dynamic team in driving sales, enhancing customer experiences, and expanding our business reach. We are seeking a results-driven individual with a passion for gourmet products and a knack for leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize sales across all channels (online, offline, B2B, Catering).
- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to capitalize on opportunities.
- Help with the expansion of retail outlets, aiming for two new locations by 2025.
- Generate innovative ideas to boost sales and collaborate with the team and management.
- Ensure effective communication across the whole team upward and downward.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve targets.
- Manage financial aspects, including cash operations and reporting.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Passion and knowledge of gourmet products, particularly cheeses and cold cuts.
- Prior experience in retail or sales is a strong plus, preferably in the food industry.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing environments.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and driving growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and French languages for supplier negotiations.
