VP, Tactical Cell Intelligence Officer

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Tactical Cell Intelligence Officer to join our Engineering team. This role is located in Singapore - HYBRID.


Position Overview

We are seeking a cybersecurity professional to support the Digital Assets, Supply Chain, & Tactical Threat Intelligence Team. The professional will conduct research into cyber threat actors, operations, and technologies to create, both independently and as part of a team, analytic products to inform leadership and technology teams about emerging and evolving threats. This role will serve in the Singapore location and support the global cyber threat intelligence coverage. Additionally, we require the professional/role to be able to accommodate US and EMEA regional colleagues and be flexible due to time zone differences.


A successful candidate can independently evaluate, analyze, and synthesize large quantities of information and write in-depth analyses and agile intelligence deliverables. Additionally, they can readily prepare and deliver cyber threat intelligence presentations targeted at audiences with varying levels of technical expertise and cyber awareness.


In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Refine alerting methodologies, analyze, and triage threat indicators, manage escalations and communications with Cyber Operations teams (e.g., Incident Response, SOC, VM).
  • Write threat assessments to assist in understanding relevance to the enterprise along with potential impacts.
  • Conduct research and contextual analyses and campaign correlations associated with threat actors, operations, and technologies.
  • Acquire threat intelligence and technical indicators from external sources; develop tactical intelligence and technical indicators internally.
  • Interface with industry peers, government, and law enforcement organizations as appropriate to acquire and share threat intelligence information.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve CTIG processes, procedures, and workflows.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Capable of self-sufficient and self-motivated work ensuring high quality and timely delivery of actionable and finished intelligence products.
  • Knowledge of cyber threats, attack methods and techniques, vulnerabilities, significant security incidents, and threat actors. Knowledge of these in digital assets and third-party supply chain a plus.
  • Experience in information security, including knowledge of multiple operating systems, platforms, and network protocols.
  • Experience in evaluating, analyzing, and synthesizing large quantities of data for the purposes of identifying malicious activity and drafting agile intelligence products.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex information, concepts, or ideas in a confident and well-organized manner through verbal, written, and/or visual means.
  • Experience using the Intelligence Cycle, Cyber Kill Chain, and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks.
  • Experience with open source research techniques and information sources.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP or SANS certifications a plus.
  • Experience in the securities, financial services, or digital assets industry a plus.
  • Experience in the Intelligence Community or law enforcement as an intelligence analyst a plus.
