Duties and Responsibilities:
- To keep track of all documents, drawings and corrigendum based on the document control process.
- To verify the drawing/detail and prepare the projects' enquiry.
- Perform quantity take-off for projects based on the set timeline.
- Assist with the evaluation and preparation of project documents for submission.
- Ensure all documentary evidence and contemporary records are properly documented, filed and complied for substantiation purposes.
- Able to read M&E drawings.
- Site verifications of variations and taking records for submissions of claims.
- To assist project manager/designated staff in evaluating and certifying completed work.
- Prepare and assist in monitoring the progress of claims submission and payment. Monitor all orders in execution and report on the balance amount.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Certain knowledge & experience in M&E system requirements.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently with min supervision.
- Good knowledge and skill set in Microsoft Office.
