HR ASSISTANT

Job Descriptions

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR department.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
  • On boarding and off-boarding of the employees.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves etc)

Job Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Prior experience as an HR assistant or relevant human resources / administrative positions.
  • Possess fast computer typing skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge of Labour Laws.
  • Excellent organizational and strong communication skills.
  • Diploma in Human Resources or any related field will be an advantageous
