Job Descriptions
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR department.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
- On boarding and off-boarding of the employees.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves etc)
Job Requirements
- 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience as an HR assistant or relevant human resources / administrative positions.
- Possess fast computer typing skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of Labour Laws.
- Excellent organizational and strong communication skills.
- Diploma in Human Resources or any related field will be an advantageous
