Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly.
- Monitor and maintain computer networks and servers.
- Ensure network security and implement necessary measures.
- Install and configure software applications.
- Provide training and support for new software implementations.
- Implement and enforce security measures for data protection.
- Conduct regular security audits and address vulnerabilities.
- Maintain accurate documentation for IT processes and configurations.
- Create user guides and documentation for software and hardware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT needs.
- Liaise with IT vendors for hardware, software, and services.
- Monitor system performance and generate reports.
- Provide regular updates on IT metrics and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant inhouse IT experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 operating systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2010 and Microsoft Outlook email client
- Able to start work immediate / within short notice
- Able to work 5.5 work week
