Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and acquire new tender opportunities (related to manpower) through market research, industry publications, and networking.
- Prepare and formulate comprehensive tender proposals.
- Preparation of tender documents, ensuring completeness and compliance with all requirements to ensure submission within deadline.
- Research, compile and analyse bid data to improve success rate of each tender.
- Ensure the pricing and bidding strategies are competitive for higher profit margins
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information, such as cost estimation, for tender submissions.
- Upsell services during tender proposal or any relevant strategies to increase revenue per tender.
- Conduct reviews to ensure tender submissions align with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.
- Effectively manage multiple tender submissions, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree with minimum 3 years relevant experience in handling both Government and/or Private Tenders, particularly in the Recruitment/HR/BPO related industry.
- Proven track record of winning the tenders and achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
- Familiar with tender documentation, procurement processes, and legal requirements.
- In-depth understanding of the manpower recruitment industry.
- Results-driven with a positive attitude.
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
