Responsibilities
Support the Billing/Payments Product Owner (BPPO)
Help Manage delivery and timeline of solution development from the billing/payments platform team to ensure that the overall delivery timeline for internal and external needs are met.
Help PO with the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve short- and long-term goals.
Assist BPPO for outlining entire roadmaps and project requirements, goals, and constraints.
Business/Functional
Develop & document requirements, specifications and use cases for new product features based on business requirements.
Collaborate with various team members and stakeholders (BOBL Team, Product, Delivery, Sales) to lead the design, solutioning and definition of product features and support delivery, implementation, and execution.
Help liaise with billing/payments platform team to solution and create functional requirements tickets in accordance to require timeline.
Create test cases and regression scenarios, execution of test cases and ensure closure of SIT for user UAT.
Manage UAT phase with team members and ensure comprehensive testing is completed and bugs are resolved by billing/payments platform team.
Work with partners to implement new billing features for our customers in accordance with delivery timelines.
Requirements
At least 2 years working experience
Billing/Payments experience and domain knowledge
Strong Project management skills
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
