Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors and relevant authorities to ensure project meet the required schedule, specifications and drawings.
- Experience in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system and programme.
- Project management within cost and time constrained environments.
- Manage Sub-contractors and corresponding Contracts effectively.
- Manage Main contract works pertaining to the Scope of Instrumentation, Control and Building Management Systems with Client and Sub-contractors.
- Design and develop control system and Building Management System.
- Maintain and modify existing systems if needed.
- Work closely with colleagues across a number of functions, including operations, purchasing and design.
- Manage site work installation with Sub-contractors with close liaison on interfacing works with other disciplines.
- Provide advice and support in the areas of Instrumentation and Control Automation System and Building Management System.
- Create, control and manage the required and relevant documents effectively (i.e.: Instrument lists, I/O lists, ICA panel lists, Cable schedule, Loop diagrams, Functional Design specification, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or any equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences in field / On-site exposure.
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work well in a team and adapt to a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Able to work independently with good time management skills.
- Knowledge with Public Sector Contracts will be an advantage.
