We are currently looking for a Maintenance Planner-MRO for an operations support project to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.
Key Attributes/Responsibilities:
- Min 5 years of relevant working experiences in Master Data Management, MRO Planning, Procurement or Supply Chain operations in manufacturing, Biopharmaceutical, Pharmaceutical industry with cGMP desirable.
- Responsible for managing and stewardship of the site production master data (SAP) lifecycle.
- Provides data analysis of site supply chain-related operations and ensures master data accuracy.
- Responsible for data management includes but is not limited to recipes, bills of materials (BOMs), production master data (SAP), planning parameters, and inventory controls.
- Responsible for the planning and replenishment of MRO materials and ensure zero stock out of materials.
- Work closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Process Engineering & Facilities & Engineering to establish and enhanced business process, systems tools and strategize materials demand/supply requirements.
- Support Procurement in requesting for Quotation (RFQ) for MRO parts with Suppliers (as required).
- Perform transactions related to order conversion, managing purchase orders, order changes, receiving MRO material, managing returns in collaboration with/ support from Procurement.
