JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Purchasing
Ø Raise PO for ordering once the stock level reaches the reorder point.
Ø Arrange and communicate with suppliers to ensure the purchasing process goes smoothly.
· Inventory Control
Ø Generate purchase, usage, and stock take reports monthly.
Ø Compound and analyze the raw usage data to forecast the next purchase quantity to avoid the shortage or overload of the inventory.
Ø Track and monitor the inventory to ensure those inventories are delivered on time.
Ø Coordinate with warehouse executive and supplier to ensure the inventory is in good condition.
Ø Ensure warehouse operation smoothly.
· Logistic management
Ø Plan and arrange the delivery schedule, and coordinate with own freight fleet to ensure the daily logistic operation smoothly from warehouse to outlets.
Ø Coordinate with product supplier, warehouse supplier, and import or export logistic forwarder to ensure the goods delivery to own warehouse or foreign franchise on time.
Ø Prepare commercial invoice and packaging list for export purposes.
· Ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
- Entry level is welcome to apply. Training is provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
· Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Highly adaptable and willing to learn.
